Anxiety & Trauma Therapy in Grand Bend, Ontario

Therapy for anxious, overwhelmed adults who feel stuck in patterns they can’t break.

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.

If you’re exhausted from overthinking, holding everything together while breaking down inside, or being the reliable person who quietly feels overwhelmed, you’re not alone. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma (including childhood trauma and PTSD), OCD, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, codependency, perfectionism, and relationship concerns.

In therapy we will aim to shift perspectives and challenge unhelpful thinking, set and maintain healthier boundaries, process and heal from past trauma, build confidence and self-compassion, and break patterns that no longer serve you

I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist based in Grand Bend, Ontario, with over a decade of clinical experience. I bring genuine curiosity and a collaborative approach, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are heard and empowered to make meaningful change. Together we’ll choose the therapeutic approaches that best support your goals.

If it’s hard to find a therapist who fits your needs, start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good match.
