Shelby Hope MSW, RSW, Psychotherapist

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.

If you’re exhausted from overthinking, or holding everything together while breaking down inside, you’re not alone. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma (including childhood trauma and PTSD), OCD, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, codependency, perfectionism, grief & loss and relationship concerns. You might be experiencing constantly overthinking, saying yes when you mean no, stuck in the same relationship patterns, and avoiding situations that make you feel anxious.

In therapy, we will aim to shift perspectives and challenge unhelpful thinking, set and maintain healthier boundaries, process and heal from past trauma, tolerate uncertainty, build confidence and self-compassion, improve communication in relationships and break patterns that no longer serve you.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist based in Grand Bend, Ontario, with over a decade of clinical experience. I bring genuine curiosity and a collaborative approach, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are heard and empowered to make meaningful change. Together we’ll choose the therapeutic approaches that best support your goals.

If it’s hard to find a therapist who fits your needs, start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good match.
